Assistant Director of Community Supports

The Assistant Director of Community Supports provides leadership and oversight of Community Habilitation, Self Direction, and Family Support Services. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of services and adherence to all OPWDD, Medicaid, and agency requirements.

Responsibilities include

program development, fiscal management, quality improvement, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and the promotion of person-centered supports that foster community inclusion, independence, and meaningful outcomes for individuals and families receiving services.
