Provide clients with enrollment information and determine qualification eligibility.

Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide timely support. Coordinate and direct incoming calls appropriately. Follow up with clients and return calls as needed. Assist individuals with coverage requests while prioritizing their needs. Prepare and present personalized plan options based on client situations. Stay informed on updates by working closely with leadership and training teams.
