YOUR ROLE

Every day, you'll be supporting lawyers in their practice and working on CNSST files. Our team of professionals is counting on you to : Prepare and assist in the drafting of documents in labor law; File documents with the CNESST and the Tribunal administratif du travail; Manage agendas and follow up on deadlines; Draft and follow up on correspondence with authorities; Prepare customer files (correspondence, supporting documents).

REQUIRED SKILLS

Experience as a Legal Assistant; DVS in legal Secretarial Studies or DCS in Office Technology with legal specialization Significant expérience in labor law; Good command of French; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent organizational and priority management skills; Ability to work independently, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
