As part of our busy Sealing Operations crew, you'll help deliver a variety of projects across the Auckland region, including: Chip sealing and reseals First coats and second coats Patching programmes Commercial sealing projects In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for operating and driving the bitumen sprayer truck, ensuring accurate spray rates, completing quality checks, and maintaining plant and equipment to the highest standard.

You'll be joining a crew that takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality work that keeps our roads performing at their best. This is a full-time, permanent position, with occasional travel and weekend work required during peak periods. You'll bring: Proven experience operating an emulsion or bitumen sprayer Class 4 Driver Licence WTR endorsements Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality Experience in chip sealing, roading, or civil construction A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in alongside the crew Flexibility to travel when required Most importantly, you'll take pride in delivering quality work and contributing to a strong team culture.
