Territory Sales Representative

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and execution excellence across a network of retail partners, including Best Buy, The Mobile Shop, Glentel, Apple, Staples, and OSL. You will work directly with store managers and sales teams to support the achievement of sales objectives, increase knowledge of Bell and Virgin Plus products and solutions, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall performance within your assigned territory.
Essential Requirements Experience in sales, territory management, or retail operations. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Availability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales and activation targets across your territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams within our partner network. Train, coach, and educate sales teams on Bell and Virgin Plus products, services, promotions, and sales solutions. Identify growth opportunities within stores and implement action plans to improve performance.
Analyze sales results, monitor market trends, and share insights gathered from the field. Ensure proper execution of promotional activities, planograms, merchandising standards, and in-store presentation. Conduct regular follow-ups with stores to maximize sales and activation opportunities. Effectively resolve operational issues, objections, and partner concerns.
Ensure compliance with standards related to displays, fixtures, signage, equipment, and demo devices. Act as a Bell and Virgin Plus brand ambassador with our retail partners. Conduct regular store visits in accordance with the territory coverage plan. Critical Qualifications Experience in territory sales, business development, or retail operations, preferably within telecommunications or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience coaching, training, and developing sales teams. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
