$27.00-$29.00/hour base pay Up to 50% off your rent Shared renewal commissions with the property team $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials allowance $15/day on-call pay Benefits That Back You Up Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Generous PTO, including 10 paid holidays and sick leave Real career growth and professional development Your Schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Paid rotating on-call (you'll build the team's schedule, and you're paid for it) Schedule may flex with business needs What You'll Do Lead, train, and mentor a maintenance team Be the go-to expert for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior, and appliance repair Build the on-call, preventive maintenance, make-ready, and work order schedules Manage maintenance inventory and supplies Inspect buildings and vacant units to keep standards high and the community compliant Partner with the Service Manager on priorities and projects Step up when emergencies hit, like snow, ice, or urgent on-site issues What You Bring Valid driver's license and personal vehicle 2-4 years of related experience, or a one-year certificate plus experience HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred) A "whatever it takes" attitude and a passion for developing people Why Morgan Properties?
