Job Summary

The Production Associate will be responsible for the preparation and quality control of all guest travel documents. Primary Functions: Use Collette Systems, to create & proof documents for travelers Manage daily workflow to ensure that travelers will get their documents in a timely manner. Monitor, respond and process department internal phone queue and email inbox Be flexible on responsibilities to perform other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills: Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or other Microsoft office programs such as Excel, to enter data) and ability to learn Production System Detail oriented and organized self-starter Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow Ability to work productively and proficiently, both independently and as a team Able to work a flexible schedule (including occasional overtime and holidays) Embraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes and drive efficiency across the organization.

Starting Pay - 17.00 - 17.50 per hour
