Float Pool Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to perform effectively in their roles through training programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the non-provider float staff pool, including Medical Assistants (MA), Administrative Assistants (AA), and Administrative Medical Assistants (AMA). Promote a positive, collaborative team culture focused on accountability and exceptional patient service. Develop and manage weekly schedules for MA, AA, and AMA staff ensuring adequate coverage for clinic and administrative duties. Review and approve or deny PTO requests and maintain PTO calendars to ensure adequate float coverage. Work with the Clinical Trainer to ensure assigned float staff are appropriately trained on practice-specif
