Clinic Director - Licensed Physical Therapist

Job Description: Compensation Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for CD bonus and life of loan student loan repayment!

3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting. Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required. A passion for mentoring and developing others. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
