Job Skills / Requirements Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Available Shifts: Fri and Sat 1:00p-9:00p Fri and Sat 9:00p-5:00a Sun & Mon 11:00p-7:00a Fri and Sat 7:00-3:00p Position Overview Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor to support daily field operations and ensure all security posts are staffed and running as expected.

This role combines hands-on supervision with administrative duties, making it a good fit for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable leading a team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily officer activity and confirm all posts are properly staffed Ensure officers are in proper uniform and following post orders and company policies Assist with training new and current security staff across shifts Respond to call-offs and adjust schedules to maintain coverage while limiting overtime Step in to cover open posts when needed until relief arrives Maintain uniform inventory and ensure compliance with company standards Prepare clear reports documenting daily activity, incidents, and irregularities Address on-site concerns and communicate with clients and management as needed Monitor for policy violations and take appropriate action, including documentation Support administrative tasks such as maintaining records and site documentation Handle delivery or pickup of company materials when required Keep assigned work areas clean and organized Perform additional duties as assigned What We Are Looking For Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-moving environment Must have clean driving record Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and professional work ethic Ability to meet licensing or certification requirements as applicable Equal Opportunity Employer Dunbar Security Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
