Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities to keep the platform current and secure. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Monitor system performance metrics and report issues and recommendations for improvement to senior administrators. Stay current with Service. Now features and updates relevant to assigned duties. You’ll help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management.

Now Administrator including supporting platform configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution Knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB administration Ability to implement, test, troubleshoot, and support Service.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
