Chief Human Resource Officer

OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will work closely with the senior leadership team, managers, and employee-owners to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture at Mc. Kim & Creed. This person will be responsible for championing Mc. Kim & Creed’s employee-owned culture, building the HR team and processes which align with our five core values, as well as develop and execute strategies to recruit, engage, develop and retain top talent.

The CHRO should be an experienced leader prepared to strategically scale the organization while maximizing employee engagement. You will oversee the following initiatives: talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance and offboarding.
