Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1973, beginning my career as a State Farm agent right out of college. Originally from Louisiana, I’ve spent decades building an agency rooted in relationships, consistency, and teamwork. Today, our office includes 16 team members, and State Farm truly runs in the family — my children are also State Farm agents, and I’m a proud grandparent to four grandchildren.

Faith and service are important to me, and I remain very involved in my church, which strongly influences the values we bring into the workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
