The main function of the seasonal Kettle Coordinator is to provide leadership and oversight to the entire Red Kettle fundraising campaign. This includes coordinating the hiring of seasonal workers, scheduling work shifts for Bell Ringers, Kettle Drivers, and volunteers, and maintaining a great working relationship with store managers.
