Evening Cleaning Supervisor

Description B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in Burlington, VT and oversee the surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who is a team player, energetic, has the drive to make sure jobs are completed above and beyond expectations, and can work and communicate well with others.

Someone who will do their absolute best to maintain a clean and safe workplace for our location and our team. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 6-8 hours per night, 5:30pm - 1am . Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise, Hire, & Train Employees Travel between locations within the territory for: Site Inspections Restocking of cleaning supplies Covering for absent cleaners Performing project work Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office Benefits: Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays.

Monthly vehicle allowance Requirements Dependable, Punctual, Detail Oriented Valid Driver's License, valid car insurance and reliable transportation required.

Basic knowledge of technology (ability to use a smart phone, laptop, navigate the internet/emails, and submit reports online) Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds Experience in management/leadership and cleaning is preferred! Carpet / Floor / Window cleaning experience preferred!
