This brand-new, 212-unit affordable housing community offers stunning homes, a resort-style pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

We are looking for an enthusiastic partner to help bring it to life. As the Community Director, you will be the very first face residents meet as they explore their new home. You will set the tone for the entire community experience, guiding prospects through the leasing journey, establishing operational excellence from day one, and building a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

Essential Job Functions Lead all leasing efforts during lease-up to ensure strong occupancy and an exceptional resident experience. Serve as the community’s primary point of contact. Warmly greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and manage all communication with clarity, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Build and maintain a high-performing on-site team rooted in integrity, accountability, and hospitality.

Oversee daily operations, office organization, reporting, and compliance with company standards and policies. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement leasing strategies and support community launch goals. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing resident needs, resolving challenges, and fostering a positive living environment.

Uphold consistent branding, organization, and presentation throughout the community and model units. Participate actively in weekend leasing and community events. Education

& Background Minimum 2 years' experience as a Community Manager/Property Manager required. Affordable/tax credit experience (LIHTC) preferred. Lease up experience preferred. Must be willing to work weekends. Bachelor's degree preferred Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequently sit, stand and walk. Regularly required to talk or hear.

Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary. Travel Requirement
