You’ll be trusted to diagnose plumbing problems, educate customers, provide solutions, and complete high-quality repairs and replacements.

Your responsibilities

Diagnose plumbing and drain problems and identify the best solutions. Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement options. Repair and replace water, waste, and vent piping systems. Clear clogged drains and diagnose drainage problems. Repair and replace faucets, toilets, valves, disposals, fixtures, and other plumbing components.

Diagnose and repair water heaters and hot-water systems. Locate and repair water leaks. Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance. Clearly explain findings and provide customers with repair and replacement options. Help customers make informed decisions without pressure. Complete accurate service notes, job documentation, photos, and material records.

Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and properly care for company tools and equipment. Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures. Leave every customer and property better than you found it. Who We're Looking For This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for experienced service professionals who are ready to perform at a high level.

Our ideal candidate has: 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience - required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience completing residential plumbing repairs and replacements Excellent communication and customer-service skills The ability to confidently explain findings and present multiple solutions A professional appearance and attitude Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship The ability to manage service calls independently and efficiently Comfort using tablets, mobile applications, and electronic service-management systems A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds The ability to work safely in crawl spaces, attics, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments Dependability, accountability, and a strong work ethic A team-first mentality and willingness to continue learning and improving A plumbing license is preferred.
