Backed by Lithia & Driveway with 300+ dealerships nationwide Career growth across 30+ brands in 25 states A high-performance culture that rewards execution and accountability Real opportunity to earn at the top of the pay scale Strong leadership, modern facility, and a professional, results-driven environment What You'll Do: Schedule and complete vehicle deliveries daily with the Sales team and Finance Manager Assist customers through and after delivery in a prompt, friendly and professional manner Serve as point of contact for any technology or vehicle related inquires from customers after delivery Review all purchase and delivery paperwork, ensuring documents are accurate and fully signed before submitting to billing team Complete physical inventory of vehicles on a regular basis, maintaining appearance of cleanliness of the vehicle lot and assisting in snow removal/maintenance Who We're Looking For: Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar majors 1-2 years of retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred A team player who is focused on providing top-notch customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The hourly wage range for this position is $18.

00 to $20.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on individual units delivered and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.

Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
