We offer local & regional routes with many of the same customers each day — and you’ll be home every night .

Compensation

Average $52,000+ annually $21/hour + overtime after 50 hours paid at $31.50/hour (based on a 52–54 hour week) $2.50/hour extra when dispatched on stake bed/flatbed loads $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid as soon as 2 weeks after hire!) Valid CDL License 2 years of verifiable experience in the last 5 years driving a 24’–26’ box truck & stake bed/flatbed Clean MVR & CSA score (no more than 2 moving violations in 12 months, or 3 in 3 years; no 15+ mph speeding violations in last 3 years) Live within 30–45 minutes of Dayton terminal DOT Medical Card & ability to pass DOT drug screen Haz.

Mat & Tank endorsements preferred (must obtain Haz. Mat within 3–6 months; Rush reimburses full cost) Able to lift, push, or pull up to 70 lbs without assistance Positive attitude & strong customer service skills
