Merchandise Administrator
Job description
We are looking for a Merchandise Administrator to join our office in Slovenia ! Coordinating and providing comprehensive operational support for processes related to installers and warehouse operations. Monitoring work orders from initiation to completion, including preparing the required equipment, closing work orders, reviewing inventories, and reconciling and resolving any discrepancies.
Managing databases for individual markets and ensuring the timely closure of related work orders. Providing support to local teams, including user training and knowledge transfer on business processes and systems. Ordering and receiving equipment from the central warehouse and ensuring the accurate recording, processing of returns, and write-off of returned equipment.
Managing customer-owned goods and ensuring their proper tracking, documentation, and record-keeping. Coordinating the implementation of new processes, equipment, and operational changes, while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with relevant departments. Preparing analytical tables, setting the necessary filters, and generating data exports within the business system, including reports for other departments.
Reviewing and closing monthly activities, checking records, and preparing instructions for the use of tables, filters, and other tools. Preparing documentation for archiving, official correspondence, and other administrative tasks needed to ensure smooth business operations. Ensuring continuity of work during team members’ absences through clearly defined processes, prepared records, instructions, and tools available in a shared location.
Continuously monitoring operational activities, connecting relevant information across all stages of the process, and resolving deviations and discrepancies in a timely manner. Cooperating with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Support, Installers, Planners, and other related teams to ensure efficient and aligned business processes.
