You’ll enjoy variety in your day — visiting employer sites, coaching participants, and collaborating with a supportive team. You’ll have the tools you need to succeed, including a company vehicle for jobsite travel and an iPad for documentation. This is a professional, field-based role that values independence , good judgment , and clear communication .
What You’ll Do Support individuals in identifying, securing, and sustaining community-based employment Teach vocational , workplace , and soft skills that lead to long-term success Facilitate travel training , self-advocacy , and workplace independence Manage an active caseload and meet service delivery requirements Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and service notes Collaborate with internal teams and attend required trainings and meetings Travel to community job sites using a Parc vehicle to meet with employers and supervisors, provide on-site job coaching, and support successful employment outcomes.
Requirements
Enjoy working independently in the community and managing your own schedule Communicate professionally with employers, participants, and families Are organized, dependable, and deadline-driven Understand the importance of accountability, documentation, and compliance Love coaching,mentoring, and helping others grow Can adapt to changing schedules and participant needs Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Required , a minimum of four (4) years of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities OR a four-year degree in a related field (e.
g., social services, human services) Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , as needed Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Work Environment & Schedule Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (schedule may vary) Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by caseload On-site and community-based role with travel to employer locations Company vehicle provided — no personal vehicle required for jobsite travel i.
