1. Operation & Maintenance of Water treatment plants

• Potable/DM/Purified water plants in shifts

1. Perform sanitization & CIP for water plants.
2. Record logs as per cGMP & GDP.
3. Ensure PPE usage at workplace & ensure safety in water plants
4. Cleanliness of plant & equipment to be maintained
5. Look aftermaintenance and operations of DM Water Plant & Purified Water Plant in shifts.
6. Recording & Ensuring daily Water Treatment operational log sheets as per GDP.
7. Close monitoring & ensuring PPE usage by workmen at operational areas.
8. Operation & Sanitization, CIP & Regeneration of Water Treatment Plants on day to day basis.
9. Close monitoring the process water consumption & tracking the abnormalities.
10. Addition of water treatment chemicals and recording the same.
11. Preparation of list of spares & day to day monitoring the availability of critical spares.
12. Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
13. Report any incident/accident / near miss / illness to the superiors.
14. As per schedules preventive maintenance of water system shall be ensured.
15. Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
16. Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
17. Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior.
18. Follow cGMP standards.
19. Follow good engineering practices.
20. Maintain good housekeeping & ensure cleanliness & no leakages of water plants round the clock. Bachelor of Engineering Technology
