Your role

You are a tech-native leader who has successfully navigated the complexities of large-scale distributed environments. Technical Governance: Authoritative knowledge of modern system design and distributed state management. You are skilled at navigating the complexities of large-scale backend environments, ensuring that our Java/Go services and SQL layers are architectured for maximum durability and sub-millisecond performance.

System Design Mastery: Well-versed in the trade-offs of event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and the orchestration of complex asynchronous workflows in a regulated financial environment. The Track Record: 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years managing multiple teams in a high-concurrency environment (e.

g., 30M+ transactions/users). Leadership Gravitas: Proven experience building and scaling engineering organizations of 30-60+ people. You lead through empowerment and technical credibility, not through hierarchy. The Communicator: Fluent in English.
