• Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP Success. Factors, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.
• Act as the escalation point for complex system, access, and configuration matters across the platform.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead release activities including impact assessments, testing, UAT, and post-release support.
• Partner with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors to deliver effective HRIS solutions and services.
• Create and maintain user documentation, support resources, and drive capability uplift across the HRIS community What Are We Looking For? Proven experience as a functional SME supporting SAP Success. Factors in a production environment Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding modules, with hands on configuration and support experience Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and organisational structures Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and post implementation activities Strong analytical, problem solving, and customer focused service capability Ability to collaborate effectively with People & Culture, IT, and external partners in a complex enterprise environment Be part of something bigger Backing local brilliance is at the heart of what we do.
