Assist with daily living activities based on the Plan of Care Observe and report patient conditions Support with meal prep, feeding, and light housekeeping Accompany patients to medical appointments and essential errands Requirements: Valid New York State HHA Certificate Government-issued photo ID & Social Security Card (or Work Authorization, if applicable) Two reference letters Recent physical exam TB screening (Quantiferon preferred) Proof of flu vaccination Rubella & Rubeola titers Chain of Custody drug screening (within the last 6 months) Think you’re a good fit?
