Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our collaborative and patient-focused team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team. This role involves performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing patient education based on each patient's specific needs. This position is based at our Mid-America Balance Institute clinic in Leawood, KS. Y ou will provide comprehensive care for patients experiencing balance, dizziness, vestibular, and mobility disorders while helping them achieve their highest level of function.

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you play a vital role in partnering with our physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives exceptional, compassionate care and has a positive experience at Ascentist Healthcare. You will foster a professional, collaborative clinic environment while utilizing strong communication skills to coordinate care, improve patient outcomes, and support the continued growth of our rehabilitation services.
