Sort through candidate profiles from a mix of global locations Help build up EPAM's employer brand while supporting the identification of high-quality candidates Handle everyday administrative duties linked to internal tools, systems, and documentation Team up productively with a varied group of colleagues and stakeholders Requirements Dependable English proficiency, B2 level as a baseline At least one year spent working professionally, whether through administrative, sales, or research-oriented functions Comfortable using MS Office tools Strong communication skills paired with a natural talent for connecting with others Keen analytical skills applied to making thoughtful, informed decisions Openness to change and flexibility when circumstances shift Proven ability to balance various tasks and meet deadlines consistently Quick to learn and put new concepts into practice
