Job Description: Overheads & Cash Finance Business Partner – Europe F&N (T2) Location: Paddington, Paris or Copenhagen We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead Overheads and Cash management across our European Food & Nutrition business . This is a high-visibility role with end-to-end ownership, partnering with senior stakeholders, including the European Leadership Team, to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across a c.
$45m cost base. You will play a critical role in building strong financial foundations , establishing governance, and improving visibility and control in an area where processes are still evolving. What are we looking for? Robust analytical, systems, and data capability (major focus of the role) Comprehensive experience in finance, accounting, controllership, or governance Proven ability to drive Value Creation for the business through translating data into clear insights and recommendations Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with confidence as well as proactively foster relationships & cross-functional partnerships inside and outside the organization Self-driven, independent, and motivated to build and improve systems/processes from the ground up A mindset that combines attention to detail with business impact What will be your key responsibilities?
Own end-to-end management of Overheads and Cash across Europe, including periodic close and S&OP processes Establish and embed governance, reporting cadences, KPIs, and forecasting routines Drive data, systems, and process improvements to enhance visibility, control, and decision-making Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to track performance and optimise spend Lead Overheads savings initiatives and Cash improvement actions with CFO, P&O, and GMs Proactively identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support business decisions What can you expect from Mars?
