Senior Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik. Tok and Xiaohongshu (XHS). Plan content calendars, campaigns, captions and short-form video scripts. Develop engaging content that supports both brand awareness and sales. Monitor trends, engagement and content performance to improve results. Develop content ideas, campaign concepts and creative angles.

Write engaging captions, short-form video scripts, hooks and CTAs. Adapt content for Tik. Tok, Reels and XHS to drive engagement and conversion. Brief and coordinate with designers, videographers, KOLs/KOCs and content creators. Ensure content supports both brand awareness and business objectives. Manage and optimise Shopee, Lazada and Tik.

Tok Shop. Optimise product listings, store merchandising, promotions and campaigns. Monitor e-commerce performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and sales. Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive enquiries, bookings and sales. Track key metrics including engagement, traffic, leads, conversion, sales and ROAS.

Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements to maximise marketing performance. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, E-Commerce or a similar role Strong hands-on knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tik.

Tok and Xiaohongshu (XHS) Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and/or Tik. Tok Shop Strong copywriting and content development skills Able to write engaging short-form video scripts and promotional content Good understanding of social media trends and digital consumer behaviour Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activities to business results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines simultaneously Good communication and coordination skills Able to work independently, take initiative and execute ideas with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing digital trends
