Experience required: Excellent customer service especially over the phone Efficient with multiple software systems Strong willing to learn and gain knowledge in Healthcare and Hospice Proficient and attention to detail for data entry Multitasking a must Ability to work as a team member including sharing an office and work load with others in close proximity, assisting and prioritizing as a team to accomplish the goals of the team Answering multi line phone Email and texting e-faxing working with copy machines
