• ATLANTA, GA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Title: Host/Hostess Reports To: Dining Room Manager/Food and Beverage Director Summary: As a Host or Hostess you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, and fast-paced environment to deliver the best dining experience to our residents guests within the community.

Responsibilities

Promote and maintain a positive guest experience for all residents and visitors of the community dining venues Greets residents and guests in a friendly and inviting manner Engages in friendly conversation as you seat residents and guests in a timely fashion Introduces residents and guests to their server as needed

• Manages restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately seat all residents in the community as fast as possible and comfortably Maintains the flow of the dining venues while on shift Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest as needed with assistance from the busser/food runner if applicable Always sincerely thanking residents and guests as they leave the dining venue This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position. Qualifications

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required One (1) year of related restaurant experience preferred Knowledge and Skills: Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in a fast pace environment Excellent customer service skills with strong ability to interact with guests
