Quality Engineer

The purpose of the Quality Engineer is to establish and maintain a disciplined and data-driven internal quality system and to coordinate with Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to integrate sound quality policies throughout the Supply Chain. The QE will execute projects to maximize value by improving the quality of raw materials that are purchased and used in manufacturing.

As a part of this effort, the QE will be responsible for conducting supplier audits, monitoring the performance of current suppliers, and issuing and monitoring Supplier Corrective and Preventative Action plans and activities to closure, including objective evidence of effectiveness.
