Les Group is developing a contingent candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH) East opportunity in Kansas City, Missouri Qualifications: Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.

S. state or jurisdiction Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience Direct experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials Ability to work at the Kansas City, MO duty location Experience with staffing, scheduling, clinical quality, credential monitoring, performance management, and government or regulated healthcare operations is preferred Key Responsibilities: Manage daily clinic operations, supervise and schedule clinical personnel, coordinate staffing coverage, monitor credentials and readiness, support onboarding, track staffing and quality issues, and coordinate with FOH and Riels management Please send me your most updated resume to mcastillo@rielesgroup.
