Key duties include leading staff, ensuring sales goals are met, and facilitating exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Meet set sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team of sales staff Provide the training and coaching to the team to ensure the service standards are met at all times Oversee VIP Program and various promotion programs Ensure a high level of customer service is performed while identify new initiatives for improving services standards Prepare sales report and activities for communication with the senior management Monitor the stock and inventory is at optimal level for operation needs Develop and implement creative and strategic retail activation initiatives, adaptable for in-store and external settings, to maximize sales, customer engagement, and brand presence Job requirements: At least 5 years of experience in supervisory positions in Luxury Retail Environment Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical mindset Excellent problem solving, communicating skill, and project management skills Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill Have a relatively in-depth understanding of the luxury market in Malaysia Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently Multi-task, highly adaptable to changes Fluent in both written and spoken English, and proficient in spoken Chinese
