Helpdesk Technician, Media Services

The Helpdesk Technician, Media Services, reporting to the Director of Media Services, oversees equipment maintenance, equipment delivery, setup and breakdown for on-campus events, classroom systems, faculty/staff needs, and extracurricular activities. Assist Media Services director with a diverse range of responsibilities that include (but are not limited to) being in consistent communication with Eastern University’s Conferences Department regarding upcoming needs and requests, providing oversight for all student worker scheduling and training, and organizing equipment setups for various campus activities/tasks.
