Company: Nimit Technologies Private Limited Location: Noida / Delhi NCR Experience: 1–3 Years Job Type: Full Time Job Description We are looking for an IT Technical Support Field Engineer who can provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10/11) Computer & Laptop hardware troubleshooting Installation and configuration of printers & peripherals Installation & support of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems Configuration and troubleshooting of Biometric / Attendance Machines Network troubleshooting (LAN / basic router configuration) User support and onsite IT assistance Coordination with remote support team if required Requirements Required Skills Good knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting Basic understanding of networking Experience with CCTV installation and configuration Knowledge of biometric attendance devices Ability to handle desktop & laptop hardware issues ?
Qualification Diploma / Graduate in IT / Computer Science Certification in Hardware & Networking preferred Additional Requirements Willing to travel for onsite support / On demand Call / Visit to Client Site .
