La recamarera es responsable de mantener las habitaciones de los huéspedes limpias, ordenadas y listas para brindar una excelente experiencia durante su estancia.

Se encarga de limpiar y preparar las habitaciones ocupadas y las habitaciones después de la salida de los huéspedes, de acuerdo con los estándares de limpieza y servicio de Omni. Mantener el carrito de trabajo limpio, abastecido y organizado. Retirar las bandejas y los artículos de servicio de la habitación. Reportar el estado de las habitaciones y cualquier problema de mantenimiento. Cumplir con los procedimientos de Omni Safe and Clean . Mantener una apariencia profesional y brindar un excelente servicio a los huéspedes.

Asistir a las capacitaciones y reuniones requeridas. Realizar otras tareas asignadas por la gerencia. Requisitos Experiencia previa como recamarera, en limpieza de habitaciones o servicios de limpieza, preferida. Excelente atención al detalle y actitud orientada al servicio. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.

Disponibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana, en días festivos y en horarios flexibles. Capacidad para permanecer de pie y caminar durante períodos prolongados, así como para agacharse, estirarse y ponerse en cuclillas. Actitud positiva, profesionalismo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés con huéspedes, compañeros de trabajo y supervisores.
