Senior Technician Field Services

Under the supervision of the Manager of Field Services, the Senior Technician is responsible for providing on site end-user support services to Tribal & the Gaming Resorts Casino facilities, by performing advanced IT equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Provides solutions to complex operational problems of Computer Hardware & Software, Wired & Wireless Data and Voice Communications to PBX, Router, and Specialized Casino Gaming & Resorts Hospitality Architecture, by utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows & Apple Operating Systems and Software Packages that include specialty software for Gaming, Hotel, Finance and HR syst
