Cost Estimator - Naples, Italy - OCONUS

The Cost Estimator provides independent, professional, and defensible construction cost estimating support for NAVFAC EURAFCENT’s planning, design, construction, demolition, restoration, and special projects.

Responsibilities include

developing conceptual, parametric, detailed, and modification estimates; conducting quantity takeoffs; performing cost analysis; evaluating contractor proposals; and preparing Independent Government Estimates (IGEs). The Estimator works closely with engineers, architects, project managers, contracting officers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with NAVFAC requirements and project objectives.
