Experienced Property Repair Field Technician

As a property repair technician with Quality Property Maintenance, you will work independently and as part of a team.

Your responsibilities

• Working on multiple job sites per day as a service technician, using mobile phone Apps to track daily work procedures Qualifications and Requirements
• Must have a working, insured vehicle
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have basic hand and power tools
• Must have experience working in construction or property maintenance that includes at least three of the following trades –
• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Drywall
• Stucco
• Painting
• Masonry
• Concrete
• Welding
• Must have experience with the materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of houses, buildings, or other structures
