Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is responsible for the management, direction, supervision, and coordination of all practice activities within a large and dynamic Ophthalmology practice, except those directly involving professional medical judgment. This individual is also responsible for the day-to-day operational, financial, human and other resource management, while providing leadership, advice, and counsel to supervisors and staff.

The end result of such management should always aspire to meet the expectations of delivering high quality, efficient, and compliant patient care that is aligned with company Policies and Mission.
