Job Details Salary: From $90,000 to $150,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: San Antonio, TX 78233 Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using experience, analysis, and testing Maintain the highest level of training and technical expertise as a Master Certified Technician Ensure vehicles are clean and in excellent condition after service or repairs Complete all required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards Support shop efficiency by managing inventory, performing general shop duties, and maintaining safety standards Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulations Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business goals Work Environment This position requires working in a fast-paced automotive service shop with a strong emphasis on teamwork, professionalism, and customer-focused service.

Physical stamina and dexterity are necessary to perform mechanical tasks effectively.

Requirements
