The Role: Reporting to a Senior Partnership Manager, the Partnership Manager leads the day-to-day management and delivery for a portfolio of assigned Official Partners, Official Providers, and Race Partners.
In this role, you will act as the primary operational contact for your accounts, translating contractual rights and commercial goals into clear seasonal delivery plans. From pre-season planning and cross-functional coordination to on-site race-weekend execution and post-season reviews, you will ensure activations are delivered flawlessly across our global championship.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for assigned partners, building trusted relationships and aligning activations with their business goals. Rights Delivery & Planning: Create and maintain seasonal delivery plans, rights trackers, budgets, and approval workflows to guarantee complete contractual compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across the business to execute integrated partner campaigns.
Race Weekend Delivery: Oversee on-site partner operations during race weekends, managing brand presence, guest access, activations, and real-time issue resolution. Provider & Race Partner Servicing: Coordinate the operational integration of Official Providers (including Value-in-Kind deliverables) and assist local Race Partners with market-specific activations.
Reporting & Account Growth: Prepare regular status updates, post-race reviews, and end-of-season summaries while identifying proactive opportunities to add partner value.
What we're looking for
Track Record: Proven background in partnership, sponsorship, or key account management within a global sports property, rights-holder, or major events environment. Event & On-Site Experience: Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and delivering partner rights on-site during live race weekends or major international events.
Account Governance: Exceptional organisational skills with proven competence maintaining rights trackers, budgets, and approval workflows across multiple partner accounts simultaneously. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently across different cultures, departments, and seniority levels.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus. Mindset: A responsive, relationship-led professional who remains calm under live event pressure and takes proactive ownership of partner success. Travel: Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally and work race weekends throughout the season.
