Director of Product Growth
Job description
Description Theo Grace | Global eCommerce Jewelry Brand Theo Grace is a digital-first jewelry and fashion startup redefining personalization as pure style. Co-founded with creative direction from fashion icon Nicky Hilton, we are building a modern international brand on a steep upward curve, scaling rapidly across the U.S. and beyond. We are technology-driven, performance-oriented and deeply focused on crafting pieces that celebrate identity and personal story.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Product Growth to own the customer journey from the first click to purchase. You will own everything that happens after the click – landing pages, product discovery, product pages, personalization, pricing, promotions, upsells, cart and checkout – with a clear focus on improving conversion, AOV, revenue and profitability. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining commercial thinking, product and UX intuition, analytics, AI and fast execution. You will lead a small team of 1–2 people and work closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Design, Data and Technology.
Responsibilities
What You'll Own The full click-to-purchase funnel and overall site performance. Core growth metrics including CVR, Add-to-Cart, AOV, Items per Order and Revenue per Session. The experimentation roadmap – identifying, prioritizing and executing high-impact A/B tests. Pricing, promotions, bundles, upsells and cross-sells, balancing growth with profitability. On-site merchandising, product discovery and personalization. Lead and develop a small Product Growth team, while remaining deeply hands-on.
What You'll Do
Analyze funnels and customer behavior to identify friction and growth opportunities. Turn data and customer insights into new flows, experiences and experiments. Continuously test landing pages, PDPs, navigation, messaging, pricing, promotions and checkout. Define which products and offers to promote, to whom and when. Improve UX/UI, product discovery and the overall shopping experience. Work hands-on with designers, developers and data teams to move ideas quickly from hypothesis to production. Use AI extensively to accelerate analysis, research, ideation, experimentation and execution.
Requirements
AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes. 3+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Product Growth, CRO or Digital Product. Significant experience owning high-volume B2C e-commerce funnels, preferably in a paid-acquisition-driven business. Proven track record of improving conversion, AOV, revenue and profitability. Extensive hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation. Experience leading and developing a small team, while maintaining a strong hands-on approach. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with funnel and customer data. Strong understanding of e-commerce, customer psychology, UX, pricing, promotions and unit economics. Highly creative, curious and commercially minded. Comfortable moving between strategy, people leadership and hands-on execution, with strong ownership and accountability. High-level English.
Advantages Experience in D2C brands acquiring customers at scale through Meta, Google, TikTok or other paid channels. Experience with personalized/customizable products. Experience with AI-driven personalization, recommendation or e-commerce tools.
