To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as CRO Manager (all genders) As a CRO Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying conversion barriers, and driving data-informed optimization strategies. This role bridges analytics, UX, and marketing to maximize digital performance across web and e-commerce platforms.
Your Responsibilities
Audit digital properties (websites, landing pages, CEJ flows) to identify conversion bottlenecks. Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates. Translate data insights (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, etc.) into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and Developers to implement and test improvements.
Develop and maintain hypotheses-driven optimization roadmaps. Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders to track KPIs (CRO, funnel metrics, bounce rates, retention, etc.) Advise marketing and product teams on best practices in personalization, targeting, and segmentation. Stay updated with industry trends, CRO tools (Dynamic Yield), and emerging best practices.
What You Bring: 5–7+ years of experience in CRO, digital analytics, or performance marketing. Strong knowledge of digital analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Hotjar, etc.) Proven track record of designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests. Familiarity with testing and personalization tools (Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Kameleoon) Solid understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and funnel analysis.
Ability to translate data into insights and present them clearly to stakeholders. Experience with tag management (GTM) and experimentation frameworks. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for testing implementation is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
