Job Summary

The position of Plant Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing the overall facility operation in conjunction with the customer’s production requirements. Ensure facility production objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with IATF16949 quality requirements. Delegate production leadership responsibilities to achieve the desired objectives set forth in the corporate business plan while maintaining compliance to Federal, State, and Local Safety and Environmental regulations and laws.
