About the Role
The R1 Integrated Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing or a similar role. Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or technology marketing sectors. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Hub. Spot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices. Graphic design skills or experience working closely with creative teams. Project management certification or experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to support business goals. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and consistent delivery of marketing materials. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact. Support the creation of content, including copywriting, graphic design coordination, and multimedia production.
