Performs other duties as assigned. Manages electronic applications for documentation, viewing patient-specific information, and utilizing charging applications in the research setting. Educates patients, families, and significant others about research protocols and serves as a resource. Coordinates the work of support staff, laboratory technicians, and assistants to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality results.

Ensures adherence to research protocols and maintains compliance with documentation standards. Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs based on age and protocol requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Interpersonal communication Skills: ability to interact and maintain good relationships with a broad spectrum of healthcare disciplines and the public under all circumstances.

Required. Detailed oriented and has teamwork skills, motivated, organized, ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely manner, and work efficiently under pressure. Required. Ability to be a critical thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving. Required. Proficient in protocol research nursing. Preferred. Outpatient Infusion Center nursing.

Education

Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience: 1+ professional nursing experience [Required] Oncology experience [Required] Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] Basic Life Support
