Job Description We are seeking a reliable and motivated Residential HVAC Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist experienced HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems and equipment. Transport and set up tools, materials, and equipment at job sites. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Help perform routine maintenance such as changing filters and cleaning components.

Support technicians with troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues. Clean up and organize job sites after completing work. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers as needed. Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Basic mechanical aptitude Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC or a related trade Vocational or technical training in HVAC or related fields OSHA 10-hour safety certification Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills Dependability and punctuality Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Commitment to safety and quality standards Salary $18 - $23 (hourly) Why choose us?
