What You’ll Do Lead and inspire the in-spa sales team to exceed monthly revenue goals Drive sales of treatments, skincare packages, and luxury retail products Conduct personalized client consultations, recommending the best services and packages Build lasting relationships with both new and returning clients Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close Collaborate with spa management and marketing on promotions and campaigns Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth Maintain expert knowledge of treatments, skincare lines, and products Who You Are Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in luxury spa, med spa, aesthetics, or skincare Skilled in consultative selling and closing high-value sales Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and client-focused Comfortable with CRM and digital sales tracking tools Passionate about wellness, skincare, and luxury service Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base pay: $3,000/month + commission Employee discounts on spa treatments and skincare products Career advancement and professional growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Schedule Full-time, on-site Monday to Friday, with 3 weekends per month , including 1 Sunday 8–10 hours per day (standard spa hours) Take the lead.
